Want To Be A Delegate?

All of the details for how to be a delegate are noted on our website.  Please remember that the filing deadline is Monday, April 14th at 5:00 PM.  The unassembled caucus will be held on April 19th, with absentee voting taking place on Thursday, April 17th.

11th CDDC Sturdivant Awards Banquet

Sunday, April 13th (this coming Sunday) join in the fun and celebrate local Democrats who have made a difference in our community.  Among the award recipients will be State Senator Joe Gartlan for his lifetime of public service to Virginians, and our own John Harold, who is being honored for his public service.  Further details are available here.

Informal Dems Breakfast

Saturday, April 19th we will have as our special guest, State Senator Dick Saslaw who will join us for some good discussion and local politicking.  Then, in recognition of Earth Day, after breakfast we will head out to one of our City parks and pitch in to clean it up.

Faux Food

Wednesday, April 23rd we will continue our Open Your Eyes video series with a new video and discussion about how genetically modified foods and the companies that make them threaten ours lives and liberties.  This may sound like a serious topic (and it is) but we'll be sure to have a little fun among ourselves.  Further details are available here.

JJ Dinner

Thursday, June 5th join us for our annual banquet dinner.  Further details will be coming soon, but, please circle the evening of June 5th now, as it promises to be an exciting evening of fun at PJ Skidoos.
