We are excited to announce that our first monthly "Open Your Eyes" video series presentation will be held next week on Wednesday, March 26th at 7:30 PM.  We are holding the presentation at the City of Fairfax Regional Library.  The video itself is about 45 minutes and we'll follow it up with an impromptu discussion about the topic.  What is the topic you ask?  Well, the title of the video is "Money As Debt".  It's all about how we have become a debt-laden society, how we got here and what to do about it.

The "Open Your Eyes" video series will be about topics that are relevant to our society today with an eye toward a progressive perspective.  If you have ideas about future presentations, please contact Rebecca Williams, as she is our Education Facilitator.  You can simply reply to this message and I'll get your email directly to Rebecca.

Call To Caucus

Our call to caucus is now available on our website.  As you know, the City of Fairfax Democratic Committee is holding an unassembled caucus for selection of state delegates on Saturday, April 19, 2008, from 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM at the City of Fairfax Regional Library, 10360 North Street, Fairfax, VA 22030.

Absentee voting will be held on Thursday, April 17, 2008, from 7:00 - 9:00 PM at the City Hall Annex, 10455 Armstrong Street, Fairfax, VA 22030.
