For those of you who were able to join us last week, you know that the Committee has approved the calendar of events for the year. We have an exciting line-up of opportunities for you to get just as involved as you want to be.
We have now listed all of our planned events for the year on our website calendar; please take a moment now to look it over so you can add the events to your upcoming schedule. We will endeavor to always keep you abreast of goings-on, but, you can always check the website for the latest information.
Sponsorships
As you can see by our line-up we will be busy working hard and having fun spreading the progressive message of our Party. All of this takes voluntary time and effort, but, it also takes money. Therefore, we have devised the following donation schedule so that you can see where your hard earned money goes. Pick an item or multiple items, click on the link(s), and you can make a donation for that specific event right now (or you can always mail in a check). You do not need a PayPal account to use these links.
Once we receive your donation, we will earmark it for that program, and your donation will be used for just that. Alternatively, you can make a donation in any amount you choose. All those who participate in our sponsorship program or make a donation today will be listed as Sponsors with special thanks on the Agenda that is handed out at each Committee meeting.
Delegates
As we discussed at our last meeting, we will be having our unassembled caucus on Saturday, April 19, 2008, at the Fairfax City Regional Library, at 12 noon - 4 PM. If you plan on being on the ballot as a delegate for the candidate of your choice, you must file your Delegate Prefiling Form, and your Caucus Declaration Form with me by 5:00 PM on Monday, April 14th. You can fax your form to me at 888-244-0828, send it via email, or mail it in (the address is on our website).
We will have the Call to Caucus posted online shortly, but, if you have any questions in the meantime, please do not hesitate to ask. You can either reply to this message, or call me at 703-963-3863.
