Meet the Warner Campaign

Our next Committee Meeting will be Thursday, February 7, 2008, at 7:30 p.m.

According to the latest poll numbers at cbsnews.com, Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama are in a very close race. It now looks like Virginia matters more than ever. There are a number of close-to-home things that you can do for your candidate. I urge you to contact your local campaign office and help out as much as you can before our Presidential Preference Primary on Tuesday, February 12th. Here's the local contact information:

New Online Community for You

We have joined the blogsophere at blog.fairfaxcitydemocrats.org. In addition to posting these newsletters online for comment and feedback, I encourage you to offer your thoughts and ideas on how we can engage and connect with our Democratic neighbors. Feel free to post whatever comes to mind that is germane to the community, and always keep it civil.

And Now Onto The Warner Campaign...

I am very excited to announce that Mark Warner's campaign will be joining us this Thursday at our Committee Meeting. This is a terrific opportunity for you to hear about what is going on in the campaign and what you can do to help out.

Additionally, we will be discussing our Saturday Morning Breakfasts, the 2008 Event Calendar, the Welcome Brochures, and a new "Neighbor-to-Neighbor" program.

I hope to see you there!
